Inspection / Preview / Registration: Takes place Saturday, May 18th from 9AM to 10AM. Auction is open to the public. Must be 18 or older to bid. Driver’s license or photo ID required for registration.

Payment Terms: This is a 13.5% Buyer’s Premium Auction. Cash & Credit Cards Only. Visa, MasterCard & Discover accepted. BRING YOUR FUNDS. Full payment must be made by the end of the auction.

Pickup / Removal Deadline: All items must be removed from the property by no later than 12 Noon on Wed., May 22nd. 2024.

Directions: Traveling North on Manchester Expressway (US-27 N) towards Miller Rd, take the Miller Rd. exit. Merge onto Miller Rd. and turn left onto Macon Rd. Go approx. 1 mile and turn right onto Schatulga Rd. Sale site will be on the right. Watch for sale signs.
